Abuse Response SLA & Takedown Protocol

When an abuse or DMCA notification is received, our triage pipeline executes the following automated steps:

1. Verification: The reported URL is cross-checked against our database and binary hash registry.
2. Quarantine: If the file violates safety policies, the public URL is severed immediately and blocked from CDN caching.
3. Purge: The physical file chunks are scheduled for permanent eradication, and the associated hash is blacklisted to prevent re-upload.
